Service terms
These terms cover access to RETORNA's website and pre-launch Wallet loyalty service.
RETORNA does not currently sell subscriptions or accept payments through this website. Commercial terms, total pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund rules will be shown before any paid order is accepted.
The service
RETORNA provides tools for businesses to operate memberships, loyalty programmes, rewards, referrals and Wallet passes. A participating business remains responsible for its offer, eligibility rules, expiry dates, availability and fulfilment of customer benefits.
Joining a programme
When you create a card, you agree to the participating business's programme rules and acknowledge the privacy notice. Promotional Wallet offers are optional and are not required to become a member. You must be able to consent under applicable law or have verifiable permission from a parent or guardian.
Rewards and corrections
Rewards have no cash value unless the participating business expressly says otherwise. The business may correct duplicate, fraudulent or mistaken entries while preserving an auditable record. Any material limit or expiry must be presented with the offer.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, create false activity, abuse rewards or use RETORNA for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.
Pilot availability
Features may change during the pilot. We work to keep the service available and data accurate, but temporary interruptions and corrections may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Wallet platforms
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are third-party services governed by their own terms. Their availability can depend on the device, account, region and platform approval status.
Ending a membership
You may ask to leave a programme or delete your membership by following the data request instructions. Removing a pass from a device does not by itself delete the underlying membership.
